His physical features turns into what seems to be a Hannya mask like back in Medieval Japan. His eyes also change into a yellow snake like iris which is surrounded in red of what is suppose to be the white in his eyes.

His roar is strong enough to push away his opponents if need be of protecting himself or others.

Mitsuo is able to absorb the blood energy of his injured foes which caused by his over grown nails or Katana or even his brute strength, and then use that energy to transform into a brutal demon. Using his power, Wrath, he can rush down curses at great speed and deal deadly strikes.
Mitsuo grew up in a small home, his dad was never in the picture only him and his mother. Mitsuo was only 10 years old, a quiet kid if you would, since everyone never really liked his weird energy or vibe. Mitsuo would always make weird drawings of his nightmares which happened to be quite disturbing to most of the kids. Even his teacher contacted his mother about his odd behavior which stressed out his mother the only excuse to his drawings were “I wanted to remember what I dreamt about.” Mitsuo was taken to see a therapist and they said to write down what happens in his dreams and return with it the next day, they discovered he wasn’t just having nightmares it was a complete nightmare disorder, which started from there. At the age of 15 they were getting worse up to the point he was seeing things such as curses, which made him the freak in school, also the victim in physical bullying. He met a strange man on the way home from school one day that has cursed him which changed him into a physical curse, he was missing for years until he came home when he was 18, but his mother was not home, she died it was all because of the grieving of her missing boy, 100 years past from that day. He met a man that changed his life forever, Gojo Satoru. Mitsuo didn’t want to be a curse anymore he wanted to feel human again like how it was suppose to be, so Gojo let him have that chance with the Principles approval of course.
